RETURNS

Product returns/exchanges: 

At this time, returns and exchanges can only be fulfilled at our Saltbox Dallas location. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your home-care purchase, returns/exchanges of un-damaged goods with no more than 50% usage will be accepted for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Refund will be in the form of a Saltbox store credit for use toward any goods & services.

Gift cards:

No refunds. Not redeemable for cash. May be used toward all goods and services at their current pricing on the day of redemption unless otherwise specified. Unused balances will reflect as a credit on the patient account. 

Pre-paid packages & services:

All treatments must be sought within 12 months of purchase to qualify for special-offer pricing. Unused services remaining after 12 months will reflect as a monetary credit that may be used on current menu pricing on the day of redemption.
