No refunds. Unused funds may be transferred to another patient for a $20 fee. Credit card fees may apply. SSA funds never expire. Cannot be redeemed for cash. In the event of relocation, remaining funds may be used for retail purchases online. Should a medical condition preventing receipt of treatments develop, a refund (minus credit card transaction fees incurred by Saltbox Apothecary) will be given. Proper medical documentation required.
